Contingency Search:

The most traditional search.  By providing one of our search consultants with a detailed job description, we will begin targeting qualified candidates and presenting resumes of qualified candidates that closely match the search requirements.  The fee is based on a percentage of the candidates annual salary.  We are not paid a fee until you hire one of our referred candidates.

Retained Search:

A retained search is usually reserved for a higher level, confidential search.  The fee is a set amount negotiated in advance.  One-third is paid in advance to start the search; one-third is paid when the candidate starts work and the remainder is paid after all guarantees have expired.

On-Site Recruiting Services

Payrolling Services

Do you have the perfect candidate, but you don't want to add him/her to your payroll? Out source your employment headaches by using our new Employer of Record (TM) service.  You select the worker and calculate the hourly Bill and Pay Rates on our Employer of Record (TM) Rate Calculator.  We hire the worker, you direct their daily activities, and pay a weekly invoice.
